Very clean and great for the price! The location is excellent for the zoo and is easy to get into the Old Town. The bathrooms are very clean with warm water and respectful guests. The owners are very warm and welcoming- very friendly and fun (especially when watching Poland during the World Cup). Would recommend for travellers on a budget who will be out and about a lot!

The breakfast is great. We were disappointed by a few points: - the mattresses are very thin. You can feel the bed under it; - one of the room for 6 is so small, you cannot open the door completely. There was no a lot of room to open the luggages. In the Google photo of this same room there are only beds for 4 people ; - the street is very noisy and the beds are shaking each time there is a tramway ; - the walls are also thin and you hear very well your neighbors ; - two beds are in a room in which other people we did not know had to go through to reach their own room... - the breakfast room is very small compared to the hotel capacity and we had to wait in the hall before eating.

The worst hostel I've been so far. The welcoming board on the street is covered with graffiti. Is hotel staff too lazy to clean it and show some respect to the visitors? The walls in the room are not soundproof at all, you literally can hear everything going on in your neighbors' rooms. There is a tram line outside which is very loud, when the tram is passing by. The bathroom was a total disrespect to me as a guest. The lock was broken so when I closed the door, I was locked for more than half hour inside. The hotel staff didn't apologize to me. Also the floor is very slippery. The bathroom is not clean.

They had a friendly receptionist, was in a good location, next to the zoo, Japanese Garden and bus stops. However, very noisy, room shakes because of proximity to tram lines. Also heating worked occasionally.

It is a hostel. Not a hotel. So.. you cannot expect separate bathroom, or large and perfectly equipped room. But you get all what you can expect in hostel. Cleanliness, refrigerator in room, shared kitchen and a good location (close to multimedia fountain and centennial hall) all at reasonable price.
